Today we got a special issue of “Diggin In The Crates” beyond the typical Hip-Hop/Funk/Soul/Reggea stuff: “Nachts, wenn alles schläft” (“At night, wenn all is calm”) is an electronic track by Howard And Stereo from Germany.

They sampled an old folk-song of Howard Carpendale, a music artist born in South Africa, who usually sings in german language. His original version of “Nachts, wenn alles schläft” was released in 1979 and is kind of … well, listen for yourself!
