Step aside, headlights on…Finsta! BK representing to the fullest! Finsta teamed up in the 90s with his DJ Bundy and dropped some ill records like Feel The High or Don´t Stress Tomorrow. Feel The High Pt. II from ´97 was featured on Premier´s Reality Check LP, so many cats know that joint from there like I do.

What can I say about Finsta? He´s a great artist and an awesome dude! We had a great connection during the works on that track. I remember when we were in NYC last year he called me on my phone and wanted to meet with us. Unfortunately we couldn´t get together but I was very impressed about his call.

Anyway, the joint that we did with him was done basically on another beat produced by B-BASE. As we received the vocal-files, B-Base modified the instrumental. He chopped up an incredible great tune by Wilson Pickett (“I´m In Love”) which also was used by Edo G and Masta Ace in 2004. But B-Base gave that song his own touch (as usual) and it became a dope banger. Finsta on the mic, B-Base on the boards, R.I.P. Wilson Pickett! I´m in Love! One!
